To Whom It May Concern,
I
am writing this letter in praise of Kim McIntosh and her outstanding
ability to WOW this particular home seller. As it turns out, my
initial agent was basically fired from representing me after several
months of errors and getting nowhere fast. In stepped Kim who
responded to an e-mail within hours that I posted on HomeGain.com. Her
response back to me was thorough and individualized unlike most of the
HomeGain.com responses. It was obvious from the start that Kim knows
her stuff.
After
my house sat on the market for several months with the previous agent,
Kim took charge and within 10 days she secured an offer on the house.
She helped secure an offer that was extremely reasonable given this
slow real estate market.
During
the time the house was listed and especially during the inspection and
escrow process, Kim made herself available to my barrage of questions
directed at her through voicemails and e-mails. Her response time and
more importantly the content of her response made me breathe easier the
entire way through the sale of the house.
My
partner and I will definitely be using Kim on the purchase of our
replacement house, and for most any additional real estate tansaction
thereafter.
I
could go on and on regarding Kim's passion for real estate. The proof
is in the pudding-Kim got my house sold. She's the best.

Kim was recommended
through a friend of ours. We were moving from Australia back to
California after five years. She was helpful from the start. Even
though we had lived in Walnut Creek before, moving back to these prices
was daunting and Kim handled our transition with diligence, empathy and
patience. My husband and I have both lived, off and on, in the Bay
