- Develop a Two-Sided Full Color Photo Flyer that includes a list of the features and benefits of your home including our cell number for immediate access for buyers needing further info.
- Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service w/ the Maximum Nine Photos.
- Send out postcards to 200+ of your neighbors announcing your listing.
- Provide professional sign (including our cell number), flyer holder and lockbox.
- Distribute copies of your listing to all local agents.
